Currently we have a FPSO Project Engineering Manager position with one of our well-known client.
Please note that our client could only consider EU residence due to location of project.

Required Expertise:
General
· Project engineering activities management in accordance with Contract requirements and project objectives for the benefit of the project including th experience of coordinating multicenter engineering and JV organization
· Engineering team organization and mobilization control along all the Project phases.
· Contract technical part management
· Engineering team guideline through project engineering instructions and procedures.
· Interdisciplinary coordination
· Engineering interfaces control with other project members.
· Engineering deliverables issuing supervision and relevant progress monitoring.
· Project planning definition by providing engineering milestones and requirements.
· Engineering budgets monitoring and in case of variation, mitigation measures suggestion.
· Design and safety reviews planning, attendance and the follow up supervision.
· Project reporting for the engineering part (activities, quantities, budget, areas of concern).
· Contract management by initiating, collecting and consolidating the variation requests and change orders.
· Risk management for the engineering concerns.

Previous experience in Floater Leased EPC project as Overall Project FPSO Engineering Manager
Floater EPC Project as Engineering Manager with a Major Client
Floater EPC Project as Engineering Manager with experience in interfaces with:
· Floater - Naval Architecture and Hull Structure
· Floater - Structural and Buildings
· Floater - Offloading System
· Floater - Marine
· Floater - Transport and Installation
· Floater – modules
Floater EPC Project as Engineering Manager with multicenter execution
Floater EPC Project as Engineering Manager with JV strategy
Floater EPC Project as Engineering Manager and Yard experience
Floater EPC Project as Engineering Manager with safety workshops experience
