Specialists: navigators, engine and deck crew, service staff pass the testing in the specialty at the independent certified Training Centers and also at the State Qualification Commission for Seafarers' Certification. Knowledge of English is compulsory for all candidates. Every candidate shall provide reference and promotion from the last Contract.
