NSETC “MARINE EDUCATION” is an organization, established in Taganrog (Rostov region, Russian Federation) in 2007. Few years later in Novorossiysk was set up branch of the company. “MARINE EDUCATION” specializes in three areas. There are training of ratings (able seamen, motormen, fitters, welders, ship’s cooks, electricians, pumpmen, steward), crewing service and professional  training of crew members.        NSETC “MARINE EDUCATION” has a database of seafarers which consists of more than 20 000 application forms of officers and ratings. Our candidates have full set of documents and wide experience both on seagoing vessels of various types.        Suggest seafarers: has corresponding qualification confirmed with certificates according to requirements of the Convention of the International maritime organization (IMO) STCW 1978/1995; medically and physically fit for serving on a vessel; are well trained and enough skilled for work on the appointed vessel.        Our company demands from the seafarers strict observance of conditions of the contract, strict observance of requirements Alcohol's and Drug's legislation.                Kindly note that we have training center for professional training of crew members.        We have all documents and ISO-license required for providing our service.
