It is worth mentioning here that in addition to the normal offered contract, our Government Shipping Office is strictly adhering and binding under existing SHIPPING ARTICLES that every seafarer will have to abide by the terms of the contract offered/proposed by the company and in case of any breach by the seafarers, there are heavy fines/penalties and even the earned wages of seafarers and in some cases confiscation/cancellation of SEAMAN BOOKS of those violating the agreed terms/conditions/bindings of PRINCIPALS.
