● A Deck Officer in charge of navigational watch on ships of any type and tonnage. ● Highly competent and motivated Seafarer with strong knowledge and experiences on Oil/Product/Chemical/LPG Tankers and Tug boats. ● A qualified DP Basic Operator at the Italian Maritime Academy ● Strong knowledge and experiences in all matters regardingHealth, Safety, Security, and Environment protectection. ● A qualified and experienced GMDSS Radio Operator. ● Strong knowledge and experiences in offshore Ship to ship transfer operations. ● Strong knowledge and experiences in ships vetting inpections, Port state control as well as flag state inspections. ● Strong knowledge and experiences in safety of navigation, nautical charts and publications corrections, passage planning preparation and execution. ● Strong knowledge and experiences in shipyard repairs, ship dry docking preparation and all relevant works execution. ● Strong knowledge and experiences in Ship safety inspections, Life saving appliances and fire fighting equipments maintenance. ● Strong knowledge and experiences in safety drills planning, leading and execution. ● Strong knowledge and experiences in cargo operations and ship’s manoeuvring. ● Strong knowledge and experiences in Incidents investigation, analysis, reporting, and Risk assessment. ● Strong knowledge and experiences in assessing and improving safety management system procedures. ● English, French and Italian languages fluent communication. ● A computer literate, Entrepreneurship and Leadership abilities, familiar to working in multicultural environment.
