Since 2012, I have gained sufficient sea experience on the various vessels of different tonnage and capacity.
I have excellent experience in such operations as maneuvering of the vessel, anchoring operations, delivering cargo, supply, towing and so on.
I used to work all around the world.
My immediate duties as a Chief Officer and my responsibilities are extensive and cover a wide range of operational, safety, and administrative tasks.
1. Deck Operations & Cargo Management
- Supervises the loading, stowage, securing, and discharging of cargo.
- Ensures proper stability and trim of the vessel.
- Checks cargo holds/tanks for cleanliness and readiness.
- Oversees ballasting/deballasting operations.
2. Navigation & Watchkeeping
- Acts as the Officer of the Watch (OOW) which involves monitoring the ship's position.
- Plans and executes safe navigation.
- Monitors weather conditions and adjusts the course and speed if necessary.
3. Safety & Emergency Duties
- Act as Ship’s Safety Officer.
- Conducts regular safety drills (fire, abandon ship, etc.).
- Ensures all lifesaving and firefighting equipment are operational.
- Manages damage control in emergencies.
4. Maintenance & Inspections
- Oversees deck maintenance (hull, cranes, cargo decks, mooring stations, accommodation, etc.).
- Ensures compliance with ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and other regulations.
- Prepares the vessel for port state inspections and audits.
5. Crew Management & Training
- Assigns duties to the deck crew (Junior Officers, Bosun, AB, OS, Deck Cadet, etc.).
- Conducts training for new crew members on safety procedures.
- Ensures compliance with work/rest hours (STCW regulations).
6. Administrative Duties
- Maintains records (cargo logs, ballast logs, garbage logs, safety inspections).
- Assists the Captain with reports for the company and port authorities.
- Manages inventory of deck supplies (paints, ropes, spare parts, stores).
7. Port Operations
- Liaises with port officials, surveyors, and stevedores.
- Assist mooring/unmooring operations.
- Ensures compliance with port regulations.
8. Deputy Ship Security Officer
- Responsible for the security of the ship while both at sea and in port.

each crewmember.
I am fluent in English and have worked in the mixed crews, have a good command of computer and
I am knowledgeable in Windows, MS Office, Adobe Reader, Adobe Photoshop and other software.
