Highly familiar with ISM code, SMS, Risk Assessement & Risk Management procediures, Marine Accident & Incident Investigation procedures, computerized PMS (Engine Daily, AMOS, ShipSure, ADMAX, TITAN, ShipNet, Star IPS), Permit to Work System, STOP (Safety Training and Observation Programme) and its implementation. Dry docking, new buildings delivery/ taking over, beaching, STS operations/ bunkering experience is available. Huge experience of various inspections such as PSC, USCG, SIRE, Paris MOU, Shell, BP, CDI, Lukoil, Odfjel, Statoil, ERG, Phillips 66 etc is available as well. Many of above passed without remarks as for Engine Department. Advanced computer user, Lathe Machine Operator and Welder. Very good English - Marlins Test score up to 98%, CES – around 90 %. Valid Marshalls and Liberia Docs available. Currently reside in Moldova. Fully vaccinated. Medical examination recently completed. Ready to join in a short notice.
