Dear Sir / Madame, This letter is to express my interest to apply for the position of Master on oil/chemical tanker vessels.  Being working at sea for 31 years and last 16 years in ship management level, I gained experience mainly in oil, chemical and bitumen transportation.  Fluent English and good professional knowledge, vessel management skills. Strong experience on tanker vessels, experienced with bitumen tankers, chemical/oil product tanker vessels (including stainless steel tanks).  My actual sea service in Master’s rank on all type of tankers 6 years and 6 months. Furthermore, I have had an experience in ice navigation in Russian Arctic area (3 years), numerous STS operations and last 9 years I have been working in hectic trade in North and Baltic seas with almost every day port calls, so my ship handling skills are excellent. During my time at any previous company, I was able to successfully pass vetting, CDI, USCG, PSC inspections. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
