I have maximum experience as a Chief Officer on FRAMO pumps & even though I have sailed on Oil/Chemical tankers I have almost never carried any chemicals except for MTBE. I am also open to shore openings if available anywhere in the EU. I have a Estonian resident permit which allows me to travel & work freely anywhere in the EU.
