Holder of CoC of OFFICER IN CHARGE OF A NAVIGATIONAL WATCH SERVING ON A SEAGOING SHIP 500 GROSS TONNAGE OR MORE(Regulation II/1 para.1), GMDSS RESTRICTED OPERATOR (Regulation IV/2 para.1) Salary and duration of contract are negotiable.
