I am an 18 year old student currently enrolling at the Caribbean Maritime Institute (CMI) in Jamaica, studying to become an Officer in Charge of Engineering Watch. I recently completed my first year of training and I will be awaiting my chance to get my twelve months sea time experience as an engine cadet. Due to that fact that there are limited shipping companies and the considerable amount of cadets at the institute I may have to wait extended periods of time.      I am asking for a chance to get my 6 months sea going experience on board one of your world leading fleet of ships. If I get the breakthrough I need from you I promise you I will give your company many years of service which it deserves. I have the desire to learn new things and take on new feats, the likes of which I have never done before.
