SEAFARERS ( application forms, resumes, CV’s )

Since 2007 till 2011 was partly employed (between sea contracts) in crewing agency Marlow Navigation Ukraine Ltd as interviewer. Checked new comers (from deck rating till chief officer pos) for past seagoing experience and provided detailed evaluation before first board assignment, proposed type of vessel and trade to start career on German owned ships. Supervised two assistants who were responsible for computer based tests for new applied seamen before interview (Seagull, Marlins, MEETS STCW softs). Same period between 2007 – 2011 took part in close cooperation process between Marlow Navigation Ltd and Kherson State Maritime Academy as consultant for nowadays maritime industry inputs into Academy subjects (practical and theoretical knowledges exchange) for proper cadets’ study process. Worked as teacher/instructor for practical training as: STCW Basic Safety for all Seafarers, STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft; STCW Advanced Fire Fighting. Took part in Cadets selection process and their further evaluation after first board practice, agreed promotion for the next step. In 2011 under Marlow Navigation Ltd management was a part of Group initiating of developing Specialized courses for experienced seafarers to upgrade basic STCW knowledges and skills. Controlled a group of 8 instructors for creation of: Heavy Lift and Crane Handling Course, Draught Survey Course, Admiralty Commercial Law Course, Master - Pilot Relation Course, Environmental Protection Course. Partly those courses study materials were implemented for Academy study process. Was responsible for information exchange with Manila based training center – UMTC (United Maritime Training Centre), and Kherson State Maritime Academy. Same year I was accredited by Swedish Club as facilitator for conduction Maritime Resource Management Course for management level deck officers.
