• It provides training applications, obtaining and keeping spare parts and logistical support for the electrical part.

Problem and its solution on the Motor Vessel «Pacific Future»:
1. ENGINE CONTROL ROOM. On Synchro Panel of MAIN SWITCHBOARD in Engine Control Room appeared alarm: 220V Main bus low insulation. On 220V Feeder Panel the pointer of megohmmeter shown 0.
In the course of diagnostics, it was noted that this problem occurs in the port during ballasting and bunkering operations. That is, when you turn on the control panel of the hydraulic valves. A short circuit was found in the HFO hydraulic valve control board. It was solved by replacing the hydraulic valve.
2. MAIN ENGINE AIR COMPRESSOR does not start automatically
Maintenance and adjustment of two Danfoss KPS45 pressure switches.
Later, new ones were received, installed and configured to start and stop according to the corresponding pressure indicators.
3. BOILER - OSAKA BOILER MFG Co. LTD with switchboard VOLCANO CO., LTD
problems with starting up in automatic mode water feed pump N1,N2, after replacement differential pressure switch.
Adjusting feed pumps pressure switches to start and stop according to the corresponding pressure indicators.
Disconnection of current protection of magnetic contactor. Checked the electric motor - normal. I checked the currents in phases at start-up. The current in one phase is absent. For others, it is too high. We switched to the second water feed pump. I checked and found a bad contact in the magnetic contactor. Dismantled and polished contacts. Works fine.
In the control room of the engine room, the indicator of the water level in the boiler did not work on the control panel. Configured Differential Pressure Sensor 4..20 mA
4. DECK CRANES TSUJI
Turn the crane N3 jerks. I checked the operation of the OMRON programmable logic controller. Power supply of solenoids. A problem was found in the work of the hydraulic brake of the boom rotation.
Hook of crane number 1 did not fall to the bottom of the hold. Has set up limit switches.
5. GRABS On MAIN DECK
Bad condition of solenoids. wires, terminals, batteries. Replace 5 solenoids. Established new firms Bosch Rexroth. 4 batteries were replaced. Did not work grab N1 from the console on the radio signal. I disassembled the control unit and found an antenna wire break. Soldered. In work.
6. KONGSBERG NORCONTROL CONTROL MAIN COMPUTER
Set up a convenient display of the main parameters of the engine room in the mode of travel with temperature charts, pressure indicators, etc. Which made mechanics and oilers to carry watch.
Restored the work of Norcontrol SAU N5 after flooding with water. Many sensors of the main diesel engine, fuel and oil levels, etc. did not work.
