I am Ruslan Shcherbakov. I am from Kherson, Ukraine. I have experience as a 2nd officer/JDPO and DPO on: -MPSV & OSV DP2 (4 contract) - Rederij Groen BV, Netherlands, COG Offshore AS, Norway, and Stanford Marine LLC (UAE). -TSV DP2 (Trenching Support Vessel) - ASSO Subsea Limited, Greece -Cable Lay & Maintenance vessel (2 contracts) – S.B.Submarine System Co.Ltd (SBSS), China -DSV DP2 (2 contract) – Petrolog Limited, Nigeria and Boskalis (Anglo-Eastern Crew Management, Singapore). -PSV DP2 (27 contracts) – Vroon Offshore Service (Netherlands), and Stanford Marine LLC (UAE). -AHTS DP2 (3 contracts) – Bourbon Offshore Ukraine and Tidewater Marine International, -General cargo vessel and RO-RO vessel as a 3-rd mate. I have experience and some knowledge: • DGPS, Fan-beam, Cyscan, • Deck operations including the loading, stowage, securing and unloading of cargo items like floating risers, casing, tubing, slip joints, and all other drilling/platform equipment. • Deck operations including towing and anchor handling with 8 points mooring barge. • Deck operations including the loading and discharge of bulks like Brine, Barite, Bentonite, Oil Base Mud, Cement, Diesel Oil and FW/DW. • Supervision and management of the passage plan and navigation equipment. • Management of the maintenance of GMDSS station, all safety, firefighting and other emergency equipment of the vessel. • Management of ship’s hospital and medicine request. I have experience working with such DP System: -Kongsberg SDP-21, -Kongsberg K-Master K-POS DP-22, -Kongsberg K-POS DP-21, -Alstom DPS 900. -Converteam DPS 21 and Converteam ADP 21 -Beier Radio (IVC Navis 2000). On my last vessel, OSV DP2 Aquarius-G (company - Rederij Groen BV, Netherlands) from the beginning of my contract the vessel was in dry dock (Harlingen, Damen shipyard, the Netherlands), after 2 weeks in dry dock the vessel was being prepared for charter (successful passed FMEA and Annual DP trials). On the vessel, OSV DP2 4-Winds (company - Rederij Groen BV, Netherlands) the vessel was involved in geotechnical investigation for the planning and implementation of a new Irish offshore Windfarm (NISA) and also ROV inspection of gas pipes (project Gas Networks Ireland) in the North-Western area of the Irish Sea. On TSV DP2 Argo (company – ASSO Subsea Limited, Greece) the vessel was involved in pre-trenching and trenching, initially boulder clearance, ROV survey operations on Saint-Brieuc Offshore Windfarm field, located on the Northwest coast of France. On MPSV DP2 Bourbon Trieste (company – Bourbon Offshore Surf, France) we were involved in Accommodation (passenger transferring) ops with Pipe Layer vessel Sapura 3500 in Congo, West Africa. On DSV DP2 "Boka DaVinci" we were involved in Saturation Diving and ROV operations (inspections and maintenance of manifolds and pipelines) on gas fields such as Catcher, McCulloch on the North Sea, UK sector. On Cable Layer DP2 “Bold Maverick” (company - S.B.Submarine System Co.LTD (SBSS), China) I was involved in cable lay operations in Angola basin. Project UNSC (Unitel North Submarine Cable), Angola. We were doing optical cable from Soyo to Cabinda (330 km), Angola, West Africa. On PSV DP2 “VOS Prelude“(Vroon Offshore Services B.V) from a period 24.07.2020 till 29.04.2022 we operated in the North Sea (the UK sector). The vessel is chartered for a long term lease (4 years) by ENI, serving platforms in the Hewett gas field, delivering dry (wet) bulk cargo (Abandacem, Corrosacem, Barite), MGO, drilling (fresh) water, and some cargo on deck (containers, pipes). On PSV DP2 “VOS Precious” (Vroon Offshore Services, B.V) from a period 10.01.2019 till 05.03.2020 we were working in the North Sea, Irish Sea (the UK sector, Dutch sector) on the various gas fields, making delivery of dry (wet) bulk cargo, fuel, drill (fresh) water, and some deck cargo. In addition, I have a DP FULL certificate (valid until October 2024), FOET (BOSIET) + CA EBS (OPITO approved) valid till June 2028. The expiration date of my all sea certificates is 2029. I have experience working with a mixed crew. I am fully vaccinated against COVID’19 by Johnson & Johnson vaccine (September 2021).   My occupational values are, of course, firstly the safety of the people with whom I work, the ability to come to terms, trust and respect for each other.
