SEAFARERS ( application forms, resumes, CV’s )

I have been working at sea for 24 years and have fifteen and a half years sea service as a Chief Officer and 14.5 months as a Master on VLCC and Suezmax tankers. At present I perform duties of a Master Mariner on board VLCC. I have a great experience of working on tanker vessels of: - various makers (China, South Korea, Japan, Croatia); - various ages (from 5 months till 17.5 years old); - different flags; - with many crew nationalities (former USSR, East and West Europe, India, China, Egypt, Philippines). Leadership and management skills: - Development of safety climate on board - Thorough implementation of SMS - Continuous supervision of ship's crew in course of performance of various operations - Soft skills - Provision of equality in communication in on-board multicultural environment - Continuous monitoring of preparation of a vessel for passing internal and external audits - Development of motivation and eagerness for proper performance of critical tasks by the crew
