Personal Statement As a strongly motivated, confident, and disciplined individual I have always been determined and well organised with excellent leadership and teamwork skills. As a cadet of Merchant Marine Polytechnic Semarang (PIP Semarang), I have learn and work ethic capable of working under pressure dealing with adversity and have developed excellent communication, problem solving skills, and ability to perform multiple task simultaneously, all contributing to achieving focused on team objectives. I believe that my mature disciplined attitude to studying, matched with a thirst for knowledge, solution oriented attitude, will enable me to achieve my lifelong desire to be a Marine Officer.
