Since 2013 I have started my career as Deck Cadet on Semi-Submersible vessels while still studying at Latvian Maritime Academy in Maritime Transport - Ship Management professional bachelor program. Currently I am graduate and in position of 3rd Officer on Boskalis Heavy Lift fleet vessel. I am looking forward to join one of leading tanker fleet companies. By doing so expand my field of knowledge, show high standards and as reliable as responsible attitude to work on board of vessel, show reliance and continue to develop further as deck officer. During my career as a Deck Officer I was in charge of watch keeping, maintenance of nautical publications, familiar with voyage planning, supervision and maintenance of nautical equipment and communication equipment, supervision and maintenance of safety equipment, issuing and updating safety and emergency procedures, maintenance of the safety documentation as well as training manuals. Also I am familiar with water ballast system and ballasting operations. Other skills Perfect knowledge of English, Russian and Latvian languages (verbal and written). Advanced knowledge of various computer programs including Microsoft Office.
