I am very serious and responsible to the issues of Environment Protection, Safety, Security, Health & Hygiene Standards, Drag & Alcohol policy, when conducting ship drills I pay special attention to survival at sea in extreme situations. When carrying out ship operations: mooring, towing, bunkering, anchoring, cargo, I require special attention from subordinates to avoid possible risks guided by the rule SAFETY FIRST. I prepared the vessel for passage and passed OVIQ, PSC inspections, implemented and controlled the implementation of ISM code and ISPS code, I prepared the vessel and passed class surveys and flag state inspections. I made a plan for the next docking of the vessel. I have a wide knowledge of the operation of various ship systems - pumps, valves, pipelines, anchor winches, anchor capstans, compressors and deck equipment. I have extensive knowledge of various marine operations such as: mooring and unmooring, sea passage from one point to another, loading and unloading of deck cargo in the port. During my rather long and successful career, I gained the great experience in the management of seagoing vessels, technical planning and ensuring the timely readiness and reliability of the vessel for the tasks of supplying and installing offshore structures and equipment. I always honestly and persistently ensured compliance with all maritime fields of activities in accordance with the requirements of the Marine Operational Charterer's Manual. I always carefully studied the history and found inconsistencies in the already conducted scheduled inspections of sea-going vessels and checked the technical characteristics and capabilities, as well as the readiness of the vessel in order to exclude the already found discrepancies in future inspections. He always tried his best to ensure that the ship conformed to the company's standards, introduced statutory requirements and checked their performance and compliance with the Register for each new charter received. I observed, studied and took part in field operations, such as mooring systems, anchors. I always took an active part, controlled and made sure that all sea alarms are carried out in accordance with the company's SMS instructions and meet the standards of maritime safety and company rules. I have practical experience in studying sea incidents, establishing their causes and developing corrective actions. I have an experience in preparing incident reports in accordance with the company's policies and requirements. I have wide knowledge and sincere respect for various cultures and customs. I communicate in English, I am a good PC user, I know well the Word, Excel, Adobe reader, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint and others. I always worked in mixed crews, where different nationalities and religions were present. I respect and understand all the views of my colleagues. I try to smooth out the acute angles in work and communication, both with subordinates and with management. I am able to correctly and quickly navigate in a complex, dangerous and sudden situation. In all ship operations (cargo, mooring, towing, anchorage and others requiring special attention), I always carry out familiarization and instruction with subordinates in order to minimize possible risks. For my practice there was not a single serious incident. I strictly follow the correct and timely maintenance of ship documentation in accordance with the rules and instructions of the company. I read drawings and diagrams well. I am a family man. My daughter lives in the USA. Two sons live and work in Russia. I spend my free time with my family.
