Good exp. with mixed crew (Indian, Filipino, German, Bulgaria, Poland, Fiji, Indonesian etc.). CES English – 97%, CES – 93%. Certifications: All STCW docs for Master >3000gt Russian/Ukrainian Biometric passport and Seaman's book available Registration / bank account - outside Crimea+Tajikistan. Fully vaccinated (Pfizer 2 dose+Booster) Skills: Knowledge and understanding of ISM, HSEQ procedures. Good exp. with internal/external audit, inspections, personal "zero deficiency" policy. Good exp with navigation in Fjords along all west coast of Norway, mooring/unmooring without tugs and pilots in different weather conditions.
