Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to present myself and give you a brief overview of my skills and experience. I am 36-years-old, enthusiastic, motivated, qualified and Company-oriented Captain, holding Unlimited Master’s License and all obligatory STCW certificates and Endorsements for serving as a Master on Oil & Chemical Tankers. Additionally, I am holder of Schengen Visa class C. My permanent residence is in Kaliningrad, Russia, which is located on Baltic Sea, close to main important Europe ports. My previous experience mainly oriented on Europe, but I am also interested in worldwide practice. As a Master, I have a strong experience in Navigation on Baltic Sea, North Sea and European waters. Ports each 2-3 days is a normal practice for me. Experience of Navigation in Kiel Canal, Elba River, and in a most loaded Europe ports, such as Antwerpen, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Goteborg gave me a broad knowledge and confidence in ship’s maneuvering, mooring/unmooring and anchoring operations. In 2015 I have graduated from Kaliningrad State Technical University and obtained Specialist’s degree as Engineer-Navigator. Based on my previous seagoing experience I improved my theoretical knowledge, and now I am applying them practically. Since 2017, I possess a Master Mariner Unlimited License and starting from 2018, I am performing Master’s duties on tanker. Strong previous experience in cargo-tanks preparation, cargo documents, preparation of cargo plans - giving me overall understanding of each cargo activities. I am always sharing my knowledge with colleagues and less experienced officers, to perform the excellent practice onboard of my vessel. Relationships on board are important for me. I am building a team, and leading it. My point of view, that subordination on board is very important, but I am always carrying about each crew-member, in connection with the specifics of work and the nature of person. Important aspect for me is an emotional state of all crew-members and cohesion of the whole collective, since these factors depend on the safety of all personal onboard. As a Company representative onboard I am always following the highest expectations and performing my duties to the highest industry standards. Prioritizing the interests of the Company, leading and taking responsibility for organization of any assigned task. I am primarily interested in landing a position of Master, looking for opportunity in a good and progressive company with high standards and expectations.
