Hello everybody!   I am looking for a deck /3rd officer/junior officer.  I am an experienced commercial fleet seaman with an OOW license.   I am looking for a short or long term permanent position as Third Officer in the merchant fleet with a great desire to continue my career in the offshore industry.   For the past 10 years, I have been working in the commercial fleet sector on huge bulk, container, and multipurpose ships.  I have a good and highly qualified experience in ship management in retail outlets around the world.  I practiced on the navigating bridge, mooring operations, safety drills, as well as maintaining and testing LSA / FFE and navigation equipment, planning transitions, updating maps and navigational publications, communicating with the GMDSS, and conducting regular tests, medical care, including pharmacy control and hospitals.  , maintenance and control of ISM / SMS, ISPS, MARPOL, MLC, and other transport standards.   Best Regards to everyone)
