Russian living in Brazil, Chief Engineer, unlimited, 11 years in rank, offshore experience included offshore vessels (AHTS DP2, PSV DP2, PLSV DP2, MPSV DP3, DSV). My special offshore skills included rig move, towing, tanker lifting, anchor handling, dry bulk, liquid mud cargo operations, deep sea construction, flexible pipe laying. Before offshore I was working on merchant fleet as Chief, Second, Third, Fourth Engineer and Oiler and familiar with two stroke engines, heavy fuel, etc. I was working as a single Engineer too on Dutch cargo ships. I have two citizenships, two passports, two kits of seaman's documents and certificates. My Portuguese is excellent and I have good experience with Brazilian crew and port authorities regulations. Total time of work with multilingual crew is 17 years.
