Serves visitors after a bar by pastry wares and other wares with preparation of wide assortment of alcoholic and low-alcoholic beverages : strong, dessert, sparkling, with fruit, egg, stratified cocktails, cups, grogs, and other drinks. Mixes up the components of drinks in shakers, fluffs up them by means of instruments and mechanisms. Meets visitors, acquaints them with an assortment and compounding of the realized drinks. Carries out guidance the barmen of more subzero qualification and organizes their work. Advises visitors on questions of order of appetizers and different drinks.
