Hello, my name is Aleksandr. I have good experience of working as a bartender for over 12 years. I have worked in restaurants and nightclubs of the city of Odessa: Palladium, Columus, Itaka, Western, Fanconi, Grande  Pettine... Good theory and the origin of beverage knowledge, mixing drinks, wine list (sommelier), the knowledge of a large number of cocktails( alcohol, not alcohol, milk...).Mastered the art of the barista, the preparation of hot and cold drinks. Good knowledge of English. Punctual, hardworking ,responsible, skilled, professional. Duties: Serves visitors after by a bar by the alcoholic beverages prepared to the use, somehow: wines, cognacs, liqueurs.  Serves visitors after a bar by pastry wares and other wares with preparation of wide assortment of alcoholic and low-alcoholic beverages : strong, dessert, sparkling, with fruit, egg, stratified cocktails, cups, grogs, and other drinks. Mixes up the components of drinks in shakers, fluffs up them by means of instruments and mechanisms. Meets visitors, acquaints them with an assortment and compounding of the realized drinks. Carries out guidance the barmen of more subzero qualification and organizes their work. Advises visitors on questions of order of appetizers and different drinks.
