During my study showed very good results and completed it with the result of (B)/ well on the disciplines:
-Ships Diesel Generators and their exploitation
-Machine parts
The Final state examinations I passed with the result of (B) /well, on subjects:
- Electrical equipment of ships.
- Ship diesel equipment.
- Ship auxiliary machinery, devices, systems and their operation
Obtain sufficient maritime practice: maintenance and repair of all ship main/auxiliary equipment (include safety) and watch keeping under the supervision of the Chief Engineer.
During the period of practical trainings, was directly involved in installation and repair of pipelines, MO room ventilation, auxiliary DG installations and overhaul etc. The service and maintenance deck equipment in the ice condition at low temperatures with gale wind.
In the future I plan to enter the Kherson State Maritime Academy in Ukraine, in order to obtain further higher education.
Experience:
2015-2016 - Kherson Shipbuilding Production, later KGP “Pallada” as Fitter, a permanent member of the test team, installation, commissioning, repair of diesel generators brands DGR 320/500; DGR 1000/750; DGR 1500/750. Repair, adjustment, start-up of the engine service parts: air compressors; separators; cooling pumps; fuel and oil pumps.
I worked on such types of ships as: floating dock, cargo ship, ferry.
The most important qualities of Engineers I consider - responsibility, making the right decisions and actions in case of emergencies. I always try to obtain the new skills and knowledge in my profession, try to get the new experience and practice especially when working with a qualified crew. I try to improve my own skills not only on board but also while being ashore. I listen and consult the Engineers that are higher for further experience. My experience helps me to identify and eliminate quickly the various defects and failure of machinery and different plants. I can work with the documentation, read and understand the various schemes of the vessel, fill in the applications and documents.
During the work a different vessels, I gained professional skills in working with a various ship’s power plants.
I have experience: the preparation for the launch, start the parallel operation and the withdrawal of one of the generators out of the work; took part in the maintenance and repair of main and auxiliary engines - cleaning of various heat exchangers of refrigerators, replacement of nozzles of the valves clearances, washing turbines, removing thermal gaps, replacing and replenishing oil and so on. Technical maintenance of separators of such brands as Mitsubishi, Alfa Laval; Carrying out the maintenance of anchor winches, cargo winches, lifeboats; Repair of deck machinery, deck cranes; Taking part in the maintenance and repair of emergency equipment; Maintenance and repair of desalination plants; Service hydrophones and freshwater systems; Maintenance and repair of ballast pumps, service pumps, seawater pumps, valves, the maintenance bilge water separators; took part in the bunkering operations, fuel measurements and calculations. I know the rules and procedure of sludge to the bank, I know how to use a bilge water separator (OWS), I know the rules of MARPOL. Made a spare parts inventory, spare parts supply requests. I have an experience in maintenance and repair of the main engines of the brands: 6ChN 25/34 /640; Caterpillar C9 /250; Perkins AD-520 /572.
Have the skills of welding and the foundations of turning work.
Good computer skills. Knowledge of Word, Excel etc.
