I am a second year student of Maritime Navigation at the Lithuanian Maritime Academy.
After the first course I was voted to be an elder of the group. Asked by the staff of the academy I also became a mentor for a half of a year, who helped new first course students to adapt to a new life. These activities helped me greatly to improve communication and teamwork skills. I finnished second course with really good grades, which are in the attached CV
The salary is not that important for me at this stage of the career. linked in
