Very convenient to work in Asia region (good for vessels and crewings in Asia). No bad habits(smoking, drinking etc.). Before offshore worked 5 years with mixed crew on huge vessels (Container Carriers >8000 TEU, Pure Car Carriers 5000~6000 Cars value etc.)
