My sea service in officer position has began in Georgian shipping company at May 1987 in 3/off position on bulker General Leselidze.
Since that time I used to be on board OBO, VLCC, Chem and Product carriers and been working from Falkland islands till North Europe, transiting Magilan strait, Suez , Panama and Kiel canals.
Cargo handled : Crude from Persian and Mexican Gulfs regs, West Africa & Black Sea. Products from all warld arround. Cemicals from US, South America, Persian Gulf and Fare East. So, COW, WW and spot tanks painting in past.
In different position, up to the Master , have got experience in DD and shipyard operations.
DD - as officer 6 times min. New build – as Master 3 times, as C/O – 1 time. See Form 502.
Cargo pumps working with – Turbine , Screw, Framo, Marllex.
Tanks coating – Epoxy , SS.
Shanghen VISA available.
I have valid Singapore papers, Marlins test 91%, CES 76%.
In master from May 2005.Has experience with bow thruster vessels and Baker rudder.
Gone through various Vetting inspections (Chevron, BP, Shell, Statoil, Lukoil & Idemitsu) mostly with good results.
Last USCG Tank vessel Examination and CDI inspection in 2011.
PSC inspections are routine and was passing under most memorandum, except In Australia and New Zealand.
Has got experienced on STS operations, as on the way, as to anchored vsls in mother’s and shuttle position. Same has been done in Mexican, Persian & Guinea Gulfs , Fare East, Kerch strait. Mooring to SBM and “Spider” terminals been done , as well.
On three of my last contracts, on board of Oil/Chem tanker Voge Trust, has been trading with the FO from ports at Black Sea towards Mediterranean and North Europe ports, so withing 22 months on board, Turkish straits has been transited in both sides more than 30 times.
I’ve join my last vsl oil/chem tanker BW Puma at San Francisco and after loading/discharging in South America ports and bunkering at Los Angeles, transited Pasific ocean.
Korea, China,Singapore, Malaysia, Bangladesh, India, Italy, Malta, UAE, Saudi Arabia , Bahrain and Kuwait were visited with the Gasoline, Naphta, Gasoil and Jet types of products.
Unfortunately wage on last ship was unacceptable low. More over, since my disembarkation vsl has gone from management.
