My name is Kristijan Filipas, age 31, from Croatia, graduated as marine engine technician in Feb 2013, also I am holder of certificate Officer in charge of an engineering watch on a ship powered by the main propulsion machinery of 750 kw propulsion power or more. Actually I graduated first as engine mechanic time ago,Also I have been working as a mechanic on fishing vessels for longer period of time and also in Bosch high pressure pumps car service.I have some experience on MAN main engine and Mitsubishi auxiliary engines, ALFA LAVAL purifiers and other equipment as I have been working for a while as a 3rd engineer on a big container ship I have a lot of experience to maintain heavy machinery, trucks and hydraulic power packs and cranes, not only on diesel engines.    However I strongly believe I will not have any problems to familiarize with equipment and systems onboard …only need a given time and a real opportunity
