Good day! Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Nikolay Shcherbatenko, I am 2 mate/JDPO.This mail i intend  to apply for a work on board of Your vessel. All my certificates and licenses are updated, there are UK and Luxembourd COC. I've gained enough experience and hours to get DP simulator course and obtain DPA sertificate. I worked on MPSV DP1,small DSV, Ro-Ro, GC vsls and has an experience to ensure diving and ROV operations,survey of wrecks and oil wells. Our ship participated in international exercises of search and rescue at sea, prevention and combating the effects of the oil spill - "BARENTS 2015". I have complimentary appraisal report from my previous company.Marlin's test score is 98 %. TOSE - upper intermediate.
