I worked as a 2nd officer on bulk carriers for 10 years until 2019. There I kept responsibilities as navigational and safety officer, participated in cargo, mooring and ballast operations. Then I moved to offshore company Innoven, which is based in Germany and worked there for 3,5 years. I worked on PSV "LEV Twister" as second officer, guard vessel "LEV Tornado" and buoy-laying vessel "LEV Taifun" as chief officer in mixed crews with Germans, Polish, Croatians, Pilipino. Areas of operations of these vessels was the North sea, German and Netherlands sectors. Working on LEV Twister I got a good familiarization and watchkeeping experience on Kongsberg DP system SDP-11 ("LEV Twister" is DP-1 vessel), TECDIS Telko chart. I kept the responsibilities as navigational, safety and cargo officer, managed paperwork, crane ops, deck works and kept communication during cargo operations, also I got some drydocking experience, passed a lot of inspections. The vessel worked mostly as a supply vessel on different windfarms, delivering deck cargo, bunkering, sometimes doing accommodation job for windfarm personnel, ROV operations. On the "LEV Tornado" I was as a chief officer. The vessel was on guard duties in area of Hollandse Kust Zuid, charter - Vattenfall and our job was mostly to communicate with vessels passing close by the windfarm on construction and to keep them away from the area. Also I worked as a chief officer on "LEV Taifun" (survey vessel, equipped with Voith Schneider Propeller). She was engaged in deployment and recovery of navigational buoys and survey operations (multibeam survey) on the the wind farms.
