Dear Sirs, Madam. I'm Graduated navigation department of Moscow State Academy of Water Transport in 2009, now I have Chief Officer unlimited license. Since graduation I have got experience on different type of tanker vessel with different type of cargo. I have experience in international crew with high requirements to spoken English. Good experience in heavy trade, cargo operations with very high rate with up to five different grade of cargo simultaneously. Passing different inspection such us Oil Major Vetting, USCG, Flag state, Port state with positive result. The key points of my working experience are: cargo planning, cargo operation execution, different type of cargo pumps operation and maintenance, different deck system operation and maintenance, passage planning, correction and maintenance charts and publication (paper and digital), operating of GMDSS equipment, medical officer, maintenance of LSA and Fi-Fi equipment.
