Dear Sirs, After having served for the past years as Master and Chief Officer in Deep Sea Towage/ Offshore industry, I would like to apply for the job opportunity in position of Chief Officer in the Good and Reliable Company. About Me: My name is Roman. I am 44 years old. Home town is Murmansk. Russia. Have Higher Technical Education : Murmansk State Technical University. Navigational Department, Graduate (1992 - 1998). I've been working as navigator since 1998. Have started to work from 3-rd officer position and have passed of all next Navigational Officer career grades Since 2010 I've been working as Chief Officer and from 2015 is graded as a Master . I've got my working experience on different types of vessels such as General Dry Cargo, Heavy Lift, Tanker, Reefers, Seismic Surveys, AHTS. Since 2008 I've been working on AHT/AHTS/ tug type of vessels only. In offshore and towing industry accordingly. Work Offshore Operational areas: Persian Gulf, India,Europe, Gibraltar, Cabo Verde, West Africa, Work Towing Operational areas: world wide, towing through Atlantic and Indian oceans. All offshore vessels where I have worked were of AHT/AHTS type and were engaged in operations such as anchor handling, towing/ static towing and Oil Fields supply operations. Also I have considerable Deep Sea towing operations experience. I was working in Master position more than 9 months and more than 30 months as Chief Officer position on the AHTS type of vessels. Due to work on board of AHTS I'm quite familiar with all duties on board of this type of vessels and believe I am prepared to justify all your expectations. I am confident, too, that with enthusiasm and sincere effort, i can make the transition to new Company smoothly. I have experience of work in multinational crew.
