My total experience at sea is 20 years . Was working on the cargo ships and  passenger  cruise vessels in position of a 3 Officer , 2 Officer Navigation , 2 Officer  Safety ,  Environmental Officer , 1st Officer.  I was keeping navigation watch , participating in deck and cargo operations , ships maneuvering at sea and in port , mooring and anchor operations  . I have experience in  any deck operations , tender  and motorboat  driving , maintenance of Life Saving Appliance , Fire Fighting Equipment  . I was working with crew and staff from multiple-nationalities . I dealt with  Safety , Environmental   issues on board , and Security as well. Was carrying out Safety   trainings  of crew members  and  perform Emergency drills for crew and passengers  . Maintenance of navigation and GMDSS equipment ,voyage planning . Ship maintenance work ,ensure that Company policy and procedures are maintained properly . Manage the crew ,working on the decks . Prepare monthly safety program ,and monthly reports ,keeping in order and up to date all  proper documents.  I have Chief Officer license .  Education – Marine college 2001 , technician-navigator , Kyiv state maritime academy , 2009 , bachelor of navigation.
