My name is Gelu Telegan Romania and British Citizen ,I worked in Merchant Navy until moving to England 1999 17 years on the ships. since then I worked on various industry manly self employed. I would like to apply for 2 Officer or what you consider is suitable for me , where I can used my skill experience on different type of vessel 10 years on fishing vessel (1982-1992)and after that just on Cargo vessel. I have revalidated my C.O.C. for Chief Officer position and have all training certificates.
