I am a Master Mariner, Lithuanian, with command experience and 35 years of sea services on different type of ship WW trades. I‘d like to apply for the position as a Master on Container Carrier where I can use my experience and diligence to help you obtain your company’s goal. I believe I can apply myself to any circumstance and situation and I am confident that I will perform to the highest standard within any marine organization. I’m dreaming to work in a company, where I can apply and expand my skills. I have an ambition and hunger for being part of a specialist team in an exciting and continually developing environment. Long worked with mixed crew, fluent English. Last 17 years dealt with German, Norwegian and Dutch shipping Companies. Experience under foreign flags: Ch.Officer from Dec. 1993; Master from May 2012 on board of Container carriers. Ability to manage Bulk carriers, General cargo, Ro-Ro vessels. Great experience on container carriers from 500 TEU up to 4500 TEU. Trading area-worldwide. Conducting all ships administration. Familiar with most of stability/loading programs for container/heavy lifts/multipurpose vsls. Different maintenance programs also well known to me. Always improved and practically used knowledge of ISO / ISM regulations and MLC rules. The safety of crew, ship and cargo are paramount important. More than 20 years experience with multi-national crew (German, Belgian, Dutch, Romanian, Philippines, Polish, British, Norwegian ex Yugoslavian, Indonesian, etcetera) Good PC skills ( have experience with renewing of same Maintenance Programs for Deck dpt. and Accounting Programs using MS Excel) In same ports, where is permissible, have done self-maneuvering (without pilot) operations. Have experience in dry-docking and shipyard procedures and activity for different type of vsls.
