I’am Capt. Aleksei Liakaev with 12 experience in range. I performed duties on different types ships: bulk carriers, containers, general cargo,supply tugs. I have got ice navigation experience during 5 years. Dry docking experience in Shipyard : Chine , Latvia , Poland, Turkey , Russia During 2.5 years duties of DPA & CSO, Marine Superintendent handed over 7 bulk carriers with completed changed over Flag to Panama , owners, names of ships. Survey inspection classes RINA , NK, RMRS, BV of bulk carries during period Annual , IS, SS. I’ve ISM internal Auditor & CSO certificates and carried out ISM ISPS MLC internal inspection.
