A) I clearly understand that next company will be my last company / working place (owing to my age) so I will put all efforts to fully satisfy Owner’s requirements and standards and do all the best for company’s benefit / satisfaction + will be very grateful for wage 7000USD (taking into account my age and that I need in job as soon as possible) + ready for up to 8 months contract.
I want to find the Company at least for next 4 years (end of validity my current working documents on 2028), but if health permit - as longer as possible till my retirement on 70-72. Notwithstanding I'm 61 years old, I am in good health - my current annual medical exam passed 02/10/2024 and valid till 02/10/2025, and just for Your information, my one of my previous medical examinations (passed 01/04/2022), owing to my previous employer requirements to the seamen 60 age, has been passed under special PEME program (P&I Club Expanded Medical Examination). It was arranged by insurance company and passed by me in specially licensed for such examination medical center.
B) Has valid till December 2026 Australian sub-class 600 multi-visa,
C) My experience - concise details:
- After graduating of “Far Eastern Higher Marine Engineering School (DVVIMU) named Admiral G. I. Nevelskoy in 1985 (now it is Admiral G. I. Nevelskoy Maritime State University in Vladivostok, Russia) and until 2003 I worked only in one company - “Primorsk Shipping Corporation - PMP, head office Nakhodka, Russia in positions of 3, 2, chief officer and where in January 1997 became a captain (in master's rank since JAN 1997). For family reasons (to save my family) I was forced to leave the PMP (which later sold all tankers, dismiss all seamen and went bankrupt) and until 2005 worked as a captain in small local (Russian) tanker companies and since 2006 I have been working (all the time as a captain and only on tankers) in international tanker companies.
1) Ice Navigation Experience: Russian Arctic sector, all frozen Russian east and west seas, including sailing under ice breaker's assistance in convoy, also around Newfoundland (with icebergs). One time (Jan-Feb 2006, m/t "South Point") had been engaged by "Daxin" / "Rosneft" as a captain - sea ice pilot to make one voyage in heavy ices around Sakhalin Islands oil fields + to check / report just built vessel ability to work in above said area and to study ship's officers to navigate in ice,
2) Ship-to-Ship Experience (areas): North Pacific, South Atlantic oceans, Mediterranean / Black Seas, Mozambique coast, Singapore Strait, Nigeria, Togo (Gulf of Guinea).
3) Have experience of shipment chemical cargoes under nitrogen blanket and with inhibitors and heating (both with deck heat exchangers and with heating coils / thermal oil).
4) Parcel Trade experience (max quantity of different cargo grades transported during one voyage) – 18 (more than 50 B/L parcels),
5) Long term time-charters: Shell, ExxonMobil, Petronas, Cargill, ST Shippng, PDVSA ("Petrolero de Venezuela S.A."), ARAMCO, American Eagle Tankers (AET)

- vegetable products (almost all grades of crude and refined oils: palm / stearine / kernel, corn, rapeseed, canola, soyabean, sunflower),

14) Cargo Pumps Experience: Deepwell / Submerged FRAMO, Marflex (electrical driven), centrifugal / crew (electrical / steam driven) + worked with AUS (auto unloading system).

D) Finally Reasons why I didn't work at sea since after last contract (end - middle of October 2023):
- middle of October 2023 - beginning April 2024: passing 5-year refreshment courses to renew working license + release new docs, You can see it from my CV,
- beginning of April - beginning of August: family care (on my hands 2 families of 86 - 88 years old parents, two of which had strong health problem - cancer recurrence with metastases, needed of my tight attendance),
Actually I've commenced to look for job only since beginning of August 2024 (in foreign Shipping Companies only) on sites for seamen “Crewell”, “Maritime Zone”, “CrewData” And “CrewJob” but to my big regret on 01/12/2024 still nobody need 62-years old master.
