My behavior in the work environment as a successful leader is always based on ethics and integrity, building trust, inspiring those around me, making decisions and encouraging innovation, and always keeping my communication channels open.
I like to lead by example. I lead from the front by taking action, demonstrating what needs to be done, and keeping my team organized to make sure we’re all on the same page and contributing equally. And always must to say that “As individuals we make mistakes, but as a team, we can help each other to perform better and prevent accident and injuries”.
The important qualities that I think I possess to practice a successful leadership are: setting the right example and continuously striving to develop my own skills, always being technically proficient, making sensible and timely decisions, and always looking for and taking responsibility for my actions, positive attitude, co-operation, feedback, being able to give personal autonomy, communication, courage, balance, professionalism, integrity, loyalty, honesty, patience, respect. The best way to have a good relations is to be friendly with other persons, to respect them, their religion, their roles and style of life.
