My name is Nikolai Sozinov. I am Chief Officer with 11 months of net sea-time on LNG and 14 months on VLGC at rank. Working at sea for about 10 years. For last 6 years specialized on Gas Ships and have served 34 months of net sea-time on Gas Carriers. Experience of working with different cultures and have worked with Asians (India, Philippines, Myanmar, Malaysia, China) and Europeans (Croatia, Romania, Montenegro) and interacted with officials in countries of the Middle East, Far East, Europe and USA. Successfully completed numerous Modular, Specialized and Simulator courses on various aspects of Shipping. In continuation of my sea career serving on LNG Ships as a Chief Officer, I intend to take my career and experience further to eventually work on membrane LNG. To strive for excellence in the industry through dedication and hard work.
