I decided to start my shipboard career on bulk carriers and had two successful contracts as a deck cadet and later, one in a tanker in order to complete my obligatory sea service. I finally graduated Hydra's Mercantile Marine Academy and i wish to continue in working as an officer. Being responsible for the lives, has taught me the importance of safety on board, as well as the the great obligation of the crew, from the very last cogwheel up to the commanding captain. Virtues like consistency, punctuality, ethos, efficiency and cooperation are only a few of the lessons i have gotten, which i am certain will aid me in progressing my career to its next step.
