My name is Igor Moiseenko and I am a 3-rd year cadet of Admiral Ushakov Maritime State University. I study at the Navigation department and my average score is 4.6 out of 5. I want to apply for the position of Deck Cadet as soon as possible. I have already passed Liberian, Norwegian Physical Examination, Drug/Alcohol test and have all the necessary certificates. It will be my first seagoing experience but I study really hard in order to be prepared for all the difficulties. Moreover, I spend a lot of time learning and practicing English, so I successfully passed Marlins test in September (97%) 2021. Furthermore, I passed FCE (First Certificate in English) Exam in December 2018 at grade “B” which means that my English Level is Upper-Intermediate.
