I have been working in the kitchen for 8 years in the restaurant industry. I went to the catering school at McDonald's, where I worked for 2 years. Then I went to a restaurant with an Italian chef in a restaurant, where I learned the basics of haute cuisine. After a year of working with an Italian, I took a chance and went to a new restaurant that was opening, to the position of a pizza maker, where I successfully learned how to work with bread. There is experience on the resort coasts where there is a large flow of guests, and, accordingly, I tested myself in work at peak loads. Experience in Radisson Blu Bukovel, as well as a recommendation from the chef + there are recommendations from the chef who worked with Nobu (in Miami)(i work with him in Nikas restaraunt in Kharkiv) and finally, the most important thing - there is a great desire to feed the crew deliciously!
