Citizen of Ukraine
    Must have no less than shipboard experience of 24 months as 2/Engr. of DP2, AHTSS, DSV or similar type
    Must Have a 2nd Engineer Class License and holding DP Maintenance Certificate.
    Must not exceed 45 years old
    Must have above 80% score with Marlins English Test Certificate taken from attested test centers
