Job description
Citizen of Ukraine
    Must have no less than shipboard experience of 12 months as 2/Mate of DP2, AHTSS, DSV or similar type
    Must Have a 2nd Mate Class License and holding DP unlimited License
    Must not exceed 45 years old
    Must have above 80% score with Marlins English Test Certificate taken from attested test centers
