We Generally look for Masters ex-ALP, ex-EMAS, ex-POSH which have similar powered tugs and do similar type of ocean towing operations.
Required officers are to be experienced in long ocean tows (at least 2 voyages of more than 25 days), on high powered tugs (about 200T Bollard Pull) with total ocean towing experience of 730 days to meet charterers matrix. The vessels are paperless vessels, with twin screw CPP, a Bow Thruster and a Stern Thruster. A few towed objects should be large objects such as vessels, rigs, etc.
