Need CO for unpropelled ship, platform to join vessel soonest in December:
Platform on anchorage: has 2 cranes with grabs, vessel doesn't have ME and have equipped with 2 thruster
Cargo operation:pick up ore from barge and deliver to OGV
Operation area - Freetown, Sierra Leone anchorage (non war area).

Crew:indian Food: can be separately cooked for Europeans
