Captains
Chief Officers
Chief Engineers
2nd Engineers
Electricians

For the deck officers: They need experience on similar vessels, good English and not job-jumpers

For engineers: Experience on the 2-stroke engines (the vessels are with traditional engines, not electronic), crane experience including grabs, good English, not job-jumpers

For electricians: Experience form similar large vessels, crane and grab experience
