Managing a team of 5 in the galley (sous chef, galley hand and two stewards)
Working with the sous chef to create healthy, balanced menus that cater for meat eaters, vegetarians and specific food allergies
Cooking for between 30 - 45 crew members for three meals a day
Manage communication and placing provisions orders with agents. Understanding quantities of ingredients needed for up to 21 days at sea.
Correct and safe rotation of dry store stocks and fresh produce.
Preferably have some experience on yachts and other vessels - not just cruise or commercia
