The beginning of Inter Marine Group is dated 1990, when mother company: Inter Marine Sp. z o.o. was established. The initial activity of Inter Marine was Crewing Agency which till this day – next to Marine Engineering – remains its core business. As a crewing agent, being one of the leading Polish providers of manpower to international shipping market, we provide skilled and experienced seafarers for all positions on all types of vessels. We send ca. 2000 seafarers annually to our clients’ vessels and there are over 300 of our crewmembers on board at any time. It means that we keep pools of seafarers working for each principal separate. Thus each of our customers can rest assured that the seafarers working in their fleet will never be approached by us with another job offer unless the seafarer submits his resignation first. Additionally we assign a dedicated Crewing Officer to cooperate with each principal in order to make sure that full attention is paid to clients’ requirements and all their needs are addressed. We operate under ISO 9001:2008 quality system certified by LRQS. We are certified MLC 2006 compliant by Polish Maritime Administration and by Lloyd’s Register Quality System.
