About my own character: no doubt motivated, no-nonsense, keeping all ship's affairs under running control, having intention to work hard and with due responsibility, prior to undertaking decisions being firmly convinced in the correctness of actions and that they are leading to positive outcome, disregarding personal working hours if there are essential affairs to be completed urgently, persistent in good sense of this word for achievment of the object set to myself, observing loyalty and in any way protecting Company's interests, friendly but moderately strict to crew, have no harmful habits.
